Quality of product is excellent, so too is the on-line service, but the sizing of the garments (t-shirts) was ambuguous. I ordered a size too large and have had to return them.

An unfaultable service. The decision to substitute superior quality items for out of stock items at no extra cost is a very nice touch and I am delighted with the quality of my tee shirts. I've been looking for tee shirts with this quality and fit for ages and always resigned to compromise and having to pay at least twice the price. I would buy again without hesitation.
