Easy to order,very good price(just compare it to m&s same item)and delivery was within 36 hours. Only mistake I made was reading and believing someone else's comment regarding shrinkage after washing and ordering a size larger than usual.I shoudn't have!!!!!! In conclusion,thank you QTAG for really excellent service from placing order to delivery,even to a private purcaser.

My only disappointment was that the volume discount was not applied because I ordered two different sizes. It is not particularly clear on the website that this is the case until you place the order and see the pricing. Other than that, I am still very satisfied with QTAG prices, quality and service.

item quality reasonable but the sweatshirt has shrunk in the wash, not by a huge amount but enough to be annoying

Due to the nature of our service, we oftn need goods a.s.a.p. My only reserve is that i was told that they would be despatched straighaway, but due to a shortage which i wasn't notified about for about four days,they were nearly a week from ordering. However, after receipt of your email and my return mail, they arrived very quickly.
